#SmartSpending #CornSoupRecord This is the #LeCreusetPot that my mom highly recommended when I was preparing for my #NewlywedLife! Back then, I wasn't interested in cooking, and I was indifferent because it was too heavy, expensive, and colorful dishes weren't my style. But now that I'm in my fifth year of marriage and have started dabbling in cooking, it has become an item I use so, so often! 🎃 Colorful dishes are a mood booster! 🥘 You have to say, dishes simmered thoroughly in a cast iron pot are incredibly delicious! 💯 As long as you take good care of it, you can use it for a very long time, so it has become an item I #ActuallyLike! This weekend, to clear out the refrigerator, I bought a whole bunch of 🍅 and tried making #TomatoDishes #TomatoStew #WitchSoup. I cleared out all the vegetables in the refrigerator—tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cabbage, etc.—and used some tomato pasta sauce I had bought but hadn't used yet, along with minced garlic, whole garlic cloves, and a little pepper! Then, I added my cheat code, #Tteokgalbi, and simmered it slowly, and it turned out super delicious! I plan to simmer the remaining tomatoes thoroughly with just cabbage and minced garlic, then slightly freeze them to use later for cooking 🫣 I heard that the absorption rate of the beneficial nutrients in tomatoes increases significantly when they are heated before eating, but since this is so easy and delicious to make, I highly recommend it 🫶🫶 #ColdFridgeCleanoutCooking #ColdFridgeCleanoutMenu #LeCreuset #LeCreusetPlate #CastIronPot #GreatNewlywedPurchase #TomatoStew #FollowForFollow #LetsConnect #VisitBack
