It's easy to feel heavy on Mondays after a busy weekend, but I started this morning in a good mood. I think starting the day on a good note leads to a good ending as well. Perhaps that's why I found myself smiling all day long, filled with an inexplicable sense of happiness. I started with quiet music to open the morning, organized my diary, did some light stretching, and lit my favorite incense, spending the morning leisurely. As I wake the kids up for school, help my husband get to work, and prepare breakfast, and continue with my daily routines, a thought briefly crosses my mind: "How diligent would I have to be for this morning's activities to become a routine?" However, since this morning was possible without any special effort, I think I should try to incorporate a daily routine that changes little by little. I hope I can start tomorrow happily as well.
