A mountain of homemade pasta Today is Myeongran Pasta😋 I'm that famously terrible cook, but lately I've been surviving on homemade pasta for dinner🍝 The ingredients are simple, but the taste is guaranteed🙌🏻 Ingredients: Pasta noodles, olive oil, minced garlic, Cheongyang chili peppers, black pepper, salted pollack roe, tuna extract, butter - Cook the noodles first - Sauté minced garlic and Cheongyang chili peppers in olive oil - Add the noodles and tuna extract - Add the pollack roe and butter, add some pasta water, and sauté - Sprinkle with black pepper and finish When cooking on weekday evenings after work, I've found it really important to make sure there is nothing to clean up😇 So, here are two of my favorite items that I use often!! 1. Microwave Pasta Cooker Just put in noodles up to the marked line, add water, and microwave—that's it! Boiling noodles is actually a bit of a hassle, but this is super convenient 👍🏻 2. Vitalplant Roll Pan @rollpan_kr I removed the parts from the roll pan I usually use and stir-fried it, and the angle is just right, so nothing splattered around.
