This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. For households with children, a meal always needs to be prepared quickly. Now that my children are in elementary school, they really enjoy it when I just add a little jjajang to their rice. That is why I’ve come to reach for Ottogi Oz Kitchen’s 4-pack of jjajang more often. From Direct Flame Chili Jjajang, Traditional Direct Flame Uni Jjajang, Old-fashioned Jjajang, to Garlic Beef Jjajang, it’s great to choose according to your taste. In particular, the Direct Flame Uni Jjajang had a subtle direct flame aroma and contained a generous amount of pork, making it a hearty meal. The Garlic Beef Jjajang had a savory garlic scent that blended well with the beef, so I found myself reaching for it more than the kids did. The Chili Jjajang was spicy without being overwhelming, so it felt like it suited adult palates well. If you lay out the different types on the table, everyone can choose according to their taste and just heat it up in the microwave. It’s great for Mom to take a breather on days when she wants to take a break from cooking. It’s fine to mix it directly with rice, and since it’s well-seasoned, I think it would go well with noodles too. I topped mine with a fried egg, and that combination was surprisingly good. It’s simple to prepare, but if the kids like it, that makes for a satisfying meal. It’s a great menu item to stock up on without any hassle for households with children. #OttogiJjajang #오즈키친짜장 #집밥 #짜장 #짜장면 #중화요리
