This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. Global Knife's best-selling Mini Chopper and Knife Guide set has finally arrived in my kitchen.🩵 The sleek, all-stainless design felt as soon as I opened the package made me feel like it elevated the class of my kitchen to the next level. Thanks to its clean silhouette, it becomes a stunning object just by casually placing it on the countertop. What I was most satisfied with was, of course, the size and convenience. With a compact size of 19cm overall, it fits perfectly in one hand, and because it is lightweight, there is no strain on my wrist even when preparing ingredients for a long time. In particular, thanks to the wide blade surface unique to the Mini Chopper, it is incredibly useful when crushing garlic or transferring minced ingredients. Despite its small size, the cutting power is sharp and precise—true to 'Global Knife'—so even dense, hard vegetables are cut smoothly without much effort. The included knife guide safely protects the blade, so I feel at ease storing it in a drawer or taking it along on occasional home camping trips for a change of pace. Since it is made of hygienic stainless steel, it is easy to maintain, so I think it will become a cherished best friend in my kitchen for a long time.
