This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. The item I reach for most often in my kitchen these days is this Global Knife Mini Chopper :) Perhaps because the handle has a wavy shape, the grip feels great and fits perfectly in my hand, even though it is small. And I discovered a really fascinating feature of the Global Knife! The handle is hollow, filled with sand, which helps naturally balance the center of gravity during use. Isn't that amazing? (Was I the only one who didn't know...😅) Maybe that's why I definitely felt less strain on my wrist every time I used it. Furthermore, perhaps because it is the world's first knife made with a one-piece stainless steel structure, the finish and overall quality felt exceptionally high. Since it is made of CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, hand-sharpened one by one by Japanese artisans, its cutting power goes without saying :) Additionally, a knife guard is included as a set, making it great for carrying safely when going camping or on picnics. I heard that you can receive free blade sharpening and rust removal services if you register the product, so it seems like a product you can keep with peace of mind for long-term use.
