This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. I really wanted to try the Global Knife 🥹 in the kitchen. When cooking at home, there are many moments when you reach for a smaller knife rather than a large one. This mini chopper is effortless when preparing fruits or vegetables, and because the wavy handle fits snugly in the hand, my wrist feels comfortable even after using it for a long time! The center of gravity is balanced inside the handle, so the cutting power is impressive, cutting cleanly without applying much force. Since each knife is sharpened by the hands of a Japanese artisan, you can definitely feel the level of craftsmanship, and because it is made of CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, the cut edge is clean and sharp. With the included knife guard, it is easy to maintain hygienically, and I think it would be great to keep safe when camping or outdoors.
