Amidst the war-like daily routine of parenting, I used to just sigh at the messy house. But now that my child has settled into daycare and I'm alone for the first time in a while trying to tidy up, it felt quite difficult. Fortunately, I received the Today's House Life Binder. As my husband and I started filling out checklists one by one—just like when we first got married—the process became much easier. The Life Binder helped us define how we wanted to live together before we even worried about what to organize or what items we needed. From establishing a family motto and sharing our thoughts through lighthearted balance games to checking off the items needed for our first home life one by one! It felt less like vague home preparation and more like we were creating our own standards, making the process itself feel more meaningful. I think this binder will serve as a condensed record of everything we will build together, starting with a planner that organizes our moving and move-in schedules.
