This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. Roy & May is a Chinese restaurant I’ve always wanted to visit whenever I go to Jeju Island. I heard they released a Mapo Tofu collaboration with Ottogi, so I tried it right away. I was most delighted that I could enjoy it conveniently at home without having to visit in person✨ First of all, what surprised me the most was the texture of the tofu. I heard they used unpressed silk tofu, and I could really feel its bouncy and elasticity without it feeling loose in my mouth. With plenty of fresh Jeju pork added, the savory flavor rises with every chew, creating a truly harmonious combination. The sauce, in particular, is the highlight; the spicy and numbing taste characteristic of Sichuan-style Doubanjiang is just perfect. It isn't an artificial spiciness, but a deep and rich flavor, so when I mixed it with rice, I didn't need any other side dishes. I heard that even the owner of Roy & May acknowledged that it tastes just like the restaurant food, and after taking a bite, I could see why they were so confident.😊 It’s perfect for days when you want to whip up a fancy plate of Chinese food in no time, without having to travel all the way to Jeju or go through a complicated process. If you’re looking for a hearty and delicious meal, be sure to give it a try. #Ottogi #로이앤메이 #마파두부 #집밥 #간편요리 #중화요리
