#오늘의우리집 Braised Pork Belly in Soybean Paste and Perilla Leaf Radish Wraps for My Husband Who Keeps Singing for Meat Side Dishes🐷 I prepared the perilla leaf radish wraps in advance over the weekend just to make this for him :) #PerillaLeafRadishWraps 🏷️ Ingredients 60g perilla leaves, 200g radish, 500ml sparkling water or Sprite, salt, sugar, vinegar 👩🏽🍳 Recipe 1. Wash the radish and perilla leaves thoroughly, and thinly julienne the radish. 2. Wrap the julienned radish around the perilla leaves after removing excess moisture. 3. Mix together 1T salt, 5T vinegar, and 5T sugar if using sparkling water. 4. Place the perilla leaf radish wraps in an airtight container, sprinkle the seasoning mixture from step 3 evenly, and pour in the sparkling water or Sprite. 5. Close the lid and let it mature at room temperature for one day, then refrigerate for 2-3 days, and it's done! #PorkBellySoybeanPasteBraised 🏷️ Ingredients 500g pork belly, green onions, minced garlic, red chili powder, soybean paste, cooking wine, sugar, whole sesame seeds 👩🏽🍳 Recipe 1. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and grill it in a pan. 2. Do not flip it until the side touching the pan is golden brown. 3. Once both sides are golden brown, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and stir-fry once. 4. Without wiping off the pork belly fat, add 1 stalk of finely chopped green onion and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to make green onion oil! (Leave a little green onion aside for the finishing touch.) 5. When the aroma of the green onions wafts up, reduce the heat to low, add 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, and stir-fry evenly. 6. When the raw red pepper smell disappears, add 2 tablespoons of soybean paste and stir-fry evenly. 7. Once the pork belly is evenly coated with soybean paste, sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of sugar evenly over it and add 120ml of water. 8. Increase the heat to medium and simmer. 9. When the liquid has reduced, reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid, and let it steam for 3 minutes. 10. Turn off the heat, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with whole sesame seeds, and top with finely chopped remaining green onions to finish✨ It might be a bit salty if you eat the meat alone! The seasoning is just right when eaten as a side dish with rice or with perilla leaf radish wraps😄 [Save] this recipe and take it out whenever you need it🖤 #Yoni'sHomeRecipe #오늘의집밥 #콘수프기록집
