This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. Now you can enjoy the Sichuan Mapo Tofu from Roy & May, a beloved Chinese restaurant in Jeju, right at home! I tried to easily recreate the atmosphere of a gourmet restaurant using this Ottogi collaboration product. 🍛 The combination of fresh Jeju pork and smooth, unpressed silk tofu was quite good. The tofu isn't dry or crumbly; it's soft like pudding, making it perfect to scoop up with the sauce. It tastes best when scooped up with a spoon rather than chopsticks and eaten with rice. ✨ The subtle spiciness of Sichuan-style doubanjiang hits you the moment you take a bite! 🌶️ It's not just spicy; the umami flavor is so rich that finishing a bowl of rice is quick and easy. Perhaps because the owner of Roy & May has endorsed this taste, the flavor is definitely deep. A huge advantage is that it's a room-temperature product, so it doesn't take up much space in the refrigerator. Stocking up several on the shelf gives me a reassuring feeling! It seems perfect to pack one each when going camping. 🔥 All you need to prepare is a bowl of warm rice! 🍚 Don't go all the way to Jeju Island; enjoy the taste of 'Roy & May' comfortably at home. ✨ #Ottogi #로이앤메이 #마파두부 #집밥 #간편요리 #중화요리
