#도서제공 A book that made me think, "Hey, this is my story?" as soon as I started reading. After looking at the first two pages, I wondered if someone had observed me to write this. [The Problem Is Lethargy] Lately, I have strangely no motivation. There are so many things I need to do, but my hands just won't move. It’s like time is just ticking away diligently. I keep telling myself I should try hard on Today's House again, but I just keep going in and out, and uploading even a single post is so hard. I folded the laundry diligently, but it stayed in that spot for three days, and I thought, "I have to clean!!" Starting work but failing to finish it, it's time to pick up the kids. I don't want to do anything, so I lie down thinking I should just sleep, but I can't fall asleep. I end up worrying pointlessly until it's 2 AM. Thanks to nights like that (?!), the next day starts with a tiring morning... And the perspective that it is "not procrastinating, but being unprepared" is just... *sigh*. There are checklists and questions interspersed throughout, so it's not just a read-and-finish thing, but a question that makes you think, "Where am I right now?"
