#오늘의우리집 #콘수프기록집 Butter rice cakes are the next trend after Doojjonku. I tried making them because the recipe looked like it could be whipped up in no time, but buying them would have been a wiser choice...🫠 I bought a scale and a mold at Daiso lol. My first baking experience was exciting💓 Up until I took the photos, I was worried about what would happen if they were too delicious lol... I thought I was being fairly thorough(?) with the measurements, but as expected, the world of baking is unforgiving. When the time was up and I opened the oven, the edges had turned crispy like crackers, and where did that plump, chewy look I wanted go? Sob sob. The butter smell was really intense though...🤣.. Still, it had a nutty flavor when eaten with milk! (Self-justification in progress) But once it hardened, the taste got weird lol, and it became as hard as a rock....🙄.. I've vowed to just buy butter rice cakes from now on...🥹🥹 🍀April has begun before we knew it!
