#애착살림템 #살림의달인 My absolute favorite kitchen item! It’s the Staub Cocotte! We have a 16cm and a 24cm Cocotte at home. I think we mainly use the 16cm for baby meals or stews, and the 24cm for making rice pot dishes for our family of three. Since it’s a cast iron pot, it’s incredibly heavy, but because of its high thermal conductivity, soups and stews somehow taste better when made in it, and especially rice pot dishes..! After scraping every last bit of rice, pouring hot water into it to finish off with rice water is just so delicious, haha. Even though it’s heavy, since it’s induction- and dishwasher-safe, I find myself reaching for it really often!
