Korean Melon Salad, Chicken Breast Tortilla I received Korean melons after giving away a changing table for free~ I'm starting the year with a salad using the first Korean melon of the year! While thinking about what to eat with it, I rummaged through the freezer and rescued 2 tortillas, 1 pack of chicken breast, and 1 bag of pizza cheese. I sautéed the cabbage and chicken breast in olive oil~ *It tastes even better if you season with salt and pepper and add peperoncino* I placed it on the tortilla, sprinkled pizza cheese on top, and baked it while pressing it down firmly.
