I’ve brought you a real-world review and some great tips for the sofa in my house that many of you have asked about. (I’ve included detailed photos as well.) To start with the conclusion: 👉 It is definitely worth getting if you have infants or toddlers! (I will also be honest about the downsides.) Many families with babies worry about getting rid of their existing sofas, but this one is highly versatile for reading and play, and since it offers great value for money, it is a good option to bring in without breaking the bank. It comes with two main modules and two cushion modules, so you can stack them to form a standard sofa. However, in our house, we keep it unfolded into a bed and just change the cushion positions as we use it. Here are the pros 👇 1️⃣ Babies can climb up and down on their own. (Lower risk of falls / Increased use of reading space) 2️⃣ Allows for gross motor play at home. When we can't go out or when the baby is full of energy late at night, we use it for various activities like walking on the cushions, riding a boat, or using it as a seesaw. 3️⃣ Can replace floor noise mats 4️⃣ Design comfortable for parents Suitable for both lying-down parenting and leaning-down parenting! 📌 So, what are the downsides? ✔️ The board slides if you spread it out and let your child run around. The solution is a Daiso non-slip pad⭐️ If you place it underneath, it hardly slides at all. ✔️ Active babies need guidance to play safely. Dandan loves gross motor play so much, and is trying to make bolder attempts, but we have promised that he always holds Mom and Dad's hand while doing it. It feels awkward to call this a downside of furniture 😅🤣, but that is how much it serves as a play area. Since our living room has been turned into a study, it is great for the whole family to lean back on the sofa and read books, and even allows for unexpected(?) activities, so we are very satisfied with it! . . #HomeWithBaby #LivingRoomWithBaby #InteriorDesignForHomeWithBaby #TurningTheLivingRoomIntoALittle #HomeWhereBabyLives #SmartSpending #CornSoupRecordBook #TVFreeLivingRoom
