- I made strawberry jam last week, but after giving it away to those around me, I realized I didn't have any jam left for myself, so I made strawberry jam again ๐๐ฏ I made it using only raw cane sugar and strawberries. They say raw cane sugar is better for blood sugar health than refined sugar, and it also contains minerals. I'm not exactly the type to go overboard with health, but since it tastes better than store-bought jam, I plan to keep making my own jam to eat from now on. This week, I enjoyed the cherry blossoms to my heart's content, went for walks and gathered wildflowers, and saw tulips yesterday.
