Making Artisan Keycaps Even for Beginners, What Are the Results? ๐ค Hello everyone ๐ฐโจ Following up on my last video, Iโve brought you a review of the artisan keycap making experience I had at the Keyboard Expo 2026 SMKX. The experience took place at the Sandon Art booth. I was surprised by how many people were there, and since it was a project Iโve always really wanted to try, I decided to give it a shot. This time, I chose a fox character mold. Since the time limit was one hour, I used fast-curing UV resin. First, I mixed pigments into the clear resin to create the eyes, nose, and mouth expressions. I repeated the process of dabbing the expressions onto the mold and curing them. Once the expressions were complete, I mixed the base resin. You need to mix slowly at this stage to prevent air bubbles from forming. (I mixed too fast and ended up with bubbles ๐ฅฒ) After that, I placed the resin onto the stem mold. For the base mold, I filled it starting from the hollow part, and then poured it slowly along the walls. Next, I placed the stem mold on top and pressed it down, and cured it for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Curing After detaching it, finish with sandpaper, and it's complete ๐ฆ๐ Since it was my first time, it took some time and some air bubbles formed, but I was surprised to see that the finished result turned out better than I expected. The fun of making it myself was greater than I thought, so I plan to try again with a different color next time ๐ฝโจ #๋ฐ์คํฌํ ๋ฆฌ์ด #ํค์บก๋ง๋ค๊ธฐ #์ํฐ์ฐํค์บก #ํค๋ณด๋์์คํฌ #์๋์ํธ
