This is Part 2 of my top 3 kitchen items I use most often♥️ Cooking is important, but the preparation process is essential before that, isn't it? The three things I frequently use while preparing ingredients are a mixing bowl, a vegetable spinner, and silicone zipper bags. 1. Fissler Mixing Bowl This is a mixing bowl that my mother gave me, and I'm using it well🙂 Since it's a 3-piece set, the sizes vary, making it convenient to use depending on the situation. I find myself using several together more often than just taking out one. It has a lot of utility, such as when washing or preparing ingredients or marinating meat. It has volume markings, so it's convenient for kneading dough or measuring ingredients! 2. Oslo Vegetable Spinner I bought this spinner after seeing it on a group purchase site. Actually, at first, since I don't eat salads or vegetables very often, I wondered if I really needed it. But as my children grow up a little, it's a mother's heart to want to make sure they eat more vegetables… 😂 Since then, I’ve been using it very effectively. In the past, drying washed vegetables took quite a bit of time and used a lot of paper towels, but now, the moisture is removed just by pressing a few times with my hands, so it’s much more convenient. Another advantage is that you can purchase a vegetable slicer along with it, allowing you to cut vegetables to your desired size. 🙂 3. Silipot Silicone Zipper Bags Where do you store leftover ingredients or prepared ingredients after cooking? Actually, I used plastic bags the most in the past. I used them often because they were convenient, but as I started raising a child, I realized I couldn't help but think about environmental issues. So, to try and reduce my usage even just a little, I’ve been using silicone zipper bags.
