Jeju's famous restaurant Roy & May has collaborated with Ottogi.๐ฝ I can't believe I can enjoy a Jeju restaurant experience right at home. This is definitely a must-have item.๐ All you have to do is heat Roy & May's Sichuan Mapo Tofu and Ottogi white rice in the microwave. It's so easy and simple, right?๐ Just microwave it, and you're ready to enjoy a delicious Sichuan Mapo Tofu one-bowl meal! It's so tasty and convenient that I keep reaching for it! The balance of ingredients and the spicy, numbing flavor of the Doubanjiang is so good that even I, who can't handle spicy food well, happily finished a whole bowl. The silk tofu was soft without being too mushy, and even though I only microwaved it, the taste and aroma were just as fresh as if it were freshly made Mapo Tofu.
