Hello. This is guk.home from FTC Batch 22. Today, I’d like to show off my cooking skills by putting my talents to use at home for the first time in a while, and also introduce some kitchen utensils I recently purchased. First, the name of the dish is Miso Wild Garlic Cream Pasta. People usually enjoy fragrant wild garlic soybean paste soup in the spring, so I thought it would be interesting to try making pasta with a similar feel. Since it contains cream, I seasoned it with miso paste, which is lighter than regular soybean paste.
