As a family raising four children, we use the kitchen several times a day. Since we cook frequently, the cutting board, knives, and cutlery are a given, but the inside of the refrigerator, the induction cooktop, and the sink all get dirty quickly. That is why I’ve been managing the entire kitchen lately using a disinfectant. I spray the cutting board after washing and let it air dry; I wipe the refrigerator clean; and I lightly wipe the induction cooktop and sink.
