#콘수프기록집 #오늘의우리집 I went to Costco on Saturday and was craving sashimi, so I bought a plate of halibut sashimi! I transferred the sashimi to a pretty plate, washed out the aged kimchi, and even prepared seasoned seaweed in a cute bowl! It is super delicious if you eat it like Kang Min-kyung's halibut gimbap style—half-sashimi wrapped in seasoned seaweed with aged kimchi rice and a drizzle of sesame oil! My favorite combination ☺️ Also, I bought a seaweed bowl through an On the Clay group purchase... It's so, so cute..🩶 I'm going to stick seaweed and vegetable sticks in it and munch away hehe (It was a product sold exclusively through the group purchase!)
