Kimchi Sujebi for the first time in a while🤤 I really like the new pot I bought from Today's House. The design is nice, it boils well, and is easy to maintain👍🏻 It doesn't matter at all if you put it in the dishwasher⭐️⭐️ Originally, I used to make broth using my mother's ingredients without dried pollack. But this time, my mother sent me some dried pollack, so I've been using it to make the broth. The soup is much richer, more refreshing, and has the best umami flavor🫶🏻 The broth isn't anything special; I just use the most basic ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, anchovies, kelp (for adults), garlic, radish, green onions, and dried pollack. For the baby, I omit the kelp and soak the dried pollack and anchovies in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove the saltiness before boiling. I really enjoyed the kimchi sujebi; it was so refreshing and delicious.
