#인테리어노하우 My Home Workout Interior It feels like it’s already been over 500 days since I started working out at home. I started exercising because I thought I needed to take better care of myself after suffering from a bad cold once. But now, I think I’ve gotten used to watching YouTube videos and following along as soon as I wake up. Still... if I take a break for a few days, I wonder why I get so lazy about exercising again, haha. My essential home workout items: A mat, dumbbells, a tumbler for iced coffee, an Apple Watch to check my heart rate, a foam roller, and even Stand By Me to follow along with the videos :) I think it’s a bit more comfortable to watch on Stand By Me than just on the TV.
