#MakeGoodUseOfTheRefrigeratorCabinet Since I am a tenant, I couldn't arbitrarily change the kitchen layout, so I used my brain to make it look like an expanded space within the existing structure. By arranging the kitchen island to connect with the dining table, I created a space where the cooking area and table are combined—though not exactly a face-to-face layout—which naturally left some space on the left wall. Because storage space was lacking, I had a new cabinet custom-made to double as a home cafe cabinet and kitchen storage. I kept the existing refrigerator cabinet and installed a freestanding refrigerator and a kimchi refrigerator in it. Since the refrigerator compartment was wider than the regular one, I swapped the positions of the kimchi refrigerator and the regular refrigerator to maximize space utilization. In the remaining, wider leftover space, I purchased a gap storage cabinet with a color and design similar to the refrigerator to store ingredients and a rice cooker. I fitted it to 35cm, and it holds quite a large amount of ingredients! While making the home bar cabinet on the opposite side, I thought ahead and left a space empty for the robot vacuum cleaner. I thought it was right to store cutlery near the table, so I had a drawer custom-made that is 150mm high and 1000mm long. I stored various types of tea bags and a complete set of cutlery there. I also stored kitchenware such as tea ceremony supplies, loose leaf tea, supplements, wine glasses, and wet wipes, as well as table mats and accessories needed for dining.
