Today and Tomorrow, Campo Rest 🤎 Since the new semester started, my days feel inexplicably busier. Is this right? 🫠 Maybe that's why my body has been feeling stiff and sore, so I started exercising again today. After taking a two-month break, my whole body was aching all over. As soon as I got home, I sat in the Campo Rest and started by giving my shoulders and back a massage. I tapped and kneaded for 20 minutes, and it felt so refreshing. It made me feel proud for some reason, as if I had spent the day productively haha. After the massage, I turned on the heated seat and zoned out for a bit in Zero Gravity Relax Chair mode. I think taking a short break like this is actually a bigger form of rest than I expected. Thanks to the Campo Rest, I'm spending my busy new semester daily life a bit more leisurely these days.
