I put some extra effort into this morning trying to make cucumber toast 🥒🧂🍞 It feels a little lacking now that I've made it, but it’s so delicious since I haven't had it in a while! 😋 I was able to make it perfectly fine with just the combination of yogurt, olive oil, and pepper, without any cream cheese!
