With thick Tteokgalbi @thankyoufarmers and topping it with grilled vegetables and a fried egg, a lunchbox that couldn't be more filling is complete π For my husband, who doesn't really like Hayashi rice, I added a little curry powder and fresh cream to neutralize the sourness and made it smooth. It turned out much, much tastier than the fresh cream curry I usually make!!!!
