I feel like all the time I spent agonizing over this was a waste… 👀 Why did I even hesitate? There were so many things I regretted buying only one of. I'm so satisfied with the home Pilates equipment I've been hooked on lately that I bought it as a birthday gift for my dad, but I recommend it as a #ParentsDay gift too 🤍 Since he has some leg issues, he can't do muscle exercises and just walks all the time. I use it well, but I was worried it might be dangerous for my 70-year-old dad. However, it requires very little effort and can serve as a daily workout routine, so he is using it well.
