Am I the only one who feels like the accent wall ruins the atmosphere of the house? 🥲 Almost every apartment in Korea has an accent wall, but I really hated looking at it. I also hated that it gave off a typical apartment vibe. I wanted to decorate in a white and beige tone-on-tone style, but that part kept standing out, so I got stressed every time I looked at it… After much deliberation, I ended up covering it with European plaster, but seriously… I wondered why I hadn't done this sooner🤣 It has a different texture than wallpaper, so it feels much more luxurious, and the overall tone of the house flows naturally.
