Since my birthday always falls around the time the cherry blossoms bloom, I go on a birthday trip with my family around this time every year. This time, we went to Da Nang and Hoi An in Vietnam. My daughters had secretly ordered a custom cake from a local bakery in advance. Thanks to the cake delivered to the hotel, we had an unexpected surprise birthday party. The two-tiered cake was so big that we shared it with the hotel staff, and thanks to that, I received many birthday wishes from them throughout our stay. The cake design was so beautiful, featuring my favorite blue color and even fresh flowers... I was even more touched because I could feel the sincerity put into it.
