#콘수프기록집 #현명한소비 1 This showerhead is a special one with a story behind it~^^ I installed this pretty showerhead in the master bedroom bathroom and the living room bathroom in December 2024. I chose the butter yellow one because I thought it would match the yellow living room bathroom, but in July 2025, the head suddenly detached and flew off while I was showering, so I received a replacement. They explained that there seemed to be some defective products on certain production lines at the time, and they exchanged it kindly and promptly. I was happily using the new showerhead until recently, when a crack appeared in the showerhead again, causing water to spray out in a 360-degree direction, just like the automatic sprinklers you see in fields. I have been using it for about 8 months, and since it has been well over a year since I first purchased it, I didn't even consider getting an exchange or a return. However, since I hadn't opened the shower filters I had bought in bulk, I wondered if I could get a refund, so I left the entire story in an inquiry. Since the shower in the master bathroom was still working fine, I strongly wondered if I just had bad luck with the lottery. However, having encountered defective products twice, my trust in the brand dropped a bit, and I felt like I didn't want to use it anymore. But then I received a reply to my inquiry saying they were very sorry. Out of their apology, they said they would replace all the shower heads with new ones! I was so touched by how kindly they wanted to take responsibility for their brand until the very end. I actually felt sorry for having even left an inquiry. There must have been many companies that would have questioned whether I was at fault... ㅠㅠ I was very grateful, but I felt ashamed to accept their offer, so I couldn't readily accept it. However, since they said they would replace even the perfectly fine shower in the master bathroom and wanted to take full responsibility, I eventually accepted the replacement. They said they needed to investigate why the defects occurred, so they even took back the broken ones. When I received the new shower heads, they even sent the filters along with them! I was truly moved by the company's attitude toward their brand, taking full responsibility to the very end—to the point where I wondered if it was even okay—and I decided to become a loyal customer. A company like this deserves to be showered with money and thrive without even a moment to sleep! From now on, I plan to use only Dr. Water showerheads, and if I ever need to buy a gift, I will choose from Dr. Water. I am genuinely touched that a company like this exists in this day and age. I was unlucky enough to receive two defective units, but the showerhead itself is so pretty, the water pressure is strong, and the filter removes impurities very well, so the product is really great. It is already a famous showerhead, so I think many of you are probably already familiar with it.
