Tonight is solo dining at home. I grilled some beef and mushrooms until golden brown to make a salad... It was seriously the best I've ever had, so I was actually more satisfied than eating out haha. I just used whatever dressing I had at home and added a drop of sesame oil, and the nutty flavor was insane...
