Lately, I haven't been able to get a comfortable, restful sleep because it was too hot to sleep with a thick blanket, but too cold to use a summer blanket. However, the Basic Tone Cooling Blanket was absolutely perfect! The outer surface of the blanket is made of 100% modal material that is as soft as silk and has a subtle sheen, giving it a luxurious feel like hotel bedding. The inside is made of a cooling material that provides a cooling sensation; the touch against the skin is wonderful, and it is cool and breathable, allowing me to get a very comfortable, restful sleep! Also, because it is a tightly woven, high-density fabric, it generates less dust and sheds less lint, so I felt confident that we could use it cleanly and hygienically in our home, where we live with pets.🤍 Also, sometimes bed pads would shrink a little after washing, but I liked that the Basic Tone pad is a generous size that is slightly larger than a standard queen size, rather than a size that fits perfectly! The elastic banding on the pad is also wide and sturdy. My husband, who gets very hot easily and suffers from severe rhinitis, slept under this duvet and raved about how great it was! Now, with just the Basic Tone Cooling Modal bedding, I don't think I'll have to worry about the hot summer anymore!
