Today, a simple tortilla taco 🌮 I made this using ingredients I had on hand to use up what was in the fridge 🤤 Tortillas, lettuce, onion, beef brisket, cheese, sauce Just grill the tortilla, put on the cheese, add the meat and vegetables, and drizzle with sauce—that's it! It's nothing special, but it was light and delicious!
