I used to buy them at shopping malls for over 10,000 won each, but I found out I can enjoy them at home like this. My family often buys frozen red bean shaved ice to eat, but that really makes you gain weight, doesn't it...? Dalshim acai bowls have less sugar, and I thought they would be great to eat with fruit. I took them out of the freezing cold and let them sit for about 15 to 20 minutes, then crumbled them up. When I topped them with fruit and granola, it tasted similar to the acai bowls you buy at the store :) This summer, I plan to stock up on acai bowls instead of red bean shaved ice and eat them with my family!
