It’s so great for flipping and scraping when stir-frying 🍳 2️⃣ Eva Solo Serving Spoon S/L Size If the dish isn't sticking, it is the tool I use almost all the time when frying or stir-frying! The tip is slightly curved, so there is a thrill when I scrape up all the sauce while cooking 😆 3️⃣ MUJI Measuring Spoon The basic measuring spoon used for measuring seasonings. It’s useful for those times when you want to add ingredients precisely, even though you usually just add them by feel while cooking ☺️ 4️⃣ MUJI Jam Spoon A spoon that is perfect for neatly scooping out seasonings from small jars! I love that you can use every last bit of the jar ✨ 5️⃣ Wagensteiger Mini Whisk A small whisk used for whisking eggs or mixing sauces. It is useful for measuring tablespoons and teaspoons and mixing gochujang or doenjang! (I even use it when washing rice 😎) 6️⃣ Mini Fine Strainer Since it is a fine strainer, it is really handy for skimming off oil or foam! My mom saw it and wanted it too, so I bought it for her right away 🤭 It is a tool that contributes significantly to the clean flavor of the broth. 7️⃣ Shimomura Cabbage Slicer Cabbage 🥬 is a healthy ingredient that is indispensable for dieters. I thought, ‘I already have a slicer, do I really need to buy another one?’ but with just this one, you can whip up a chicken restaurant-style cabbage salad right at home in no time! 8️⃣ Triangle Slicer Since this brand is known as a master of cooking tools, as I used them, my collection of Triangle tools grew one by one 🫢 Among them, the slicer is the most basic item! I am using it very effectively. 9️⃣ Triangle Apple Corer Not a must-have, but a cooking tool I was tempted to get 🍎 Recommended for households that eat apples often! It is so convenient when you frequently eat the apple & peanut butter combination. 🔟 Staub Rice Spatula Thanks to its micro-ridges, a rice spatula where rice really doesn't stick! Even though I already had a rice spatula, I was so satisfied with this that I bought one for my mom as well 😊 There are all kinds of tools in the kitchen, but I think the ones you reach for most often are the ones that truly become your favorites. 💛 These were the favorite items in our kitchen that we naturally settled on while cooking every day 🍳
