Hello everyone, it's been a while. It's incredibly hot in South India right now. The humidity seems just as high as in Korea! (They say May and June are the hottest months, so please keep that in mind when traveling.) Today, I'd like to introduce some activities that are great for healing your body and mind while traveling in India. 1. Pressed Flower Class This is a therapy using dried leaves and flowers found in nature. As you concentrate on creating your own unique artwork, your worries will vanish before you know it. 2. Kollam Therapy You can learn this in the Tamil region of South India. It is a type of mandala drawn in front of your door every morning; you start with dots and connect them with lines, allowing you to fully focus on the moment while drawing. 3. Satsang There are frequent gatherings where people chant mantras, meditate together, and share their thoughts. 4. Body & Mind Connection Therapy This is a program where you build connections with strangers by gazing into their eyes for a long time or naturally moving rhythmically to shamanistic or trance music. 5. Ayurvedic Massage We use warm Ayurvedic oils extracted from medicinal herbs for the massage. We begin the massage after listening to your current physical and mental state, tailored to your body type. 6. Art Therapy When emotions linger within our bodies, they become illness, but when released, they become art. During the therapy, you can learn how to naturally bring your inner emotions out. 7. Making Kimchi with Papaya I didn't know how to make kimchi even in Korea, but the kimchi I tasted here—which didn't even contain fish sauce—was so delicious that I went to a kimchi workshop. The cubed radish kimchi made with unripe green papaya was so sweet and tasty. In India, there are many types of yoga and therapies designed to naturally heal the body and mind. It seems great that you can receive therapy in 1:1 sessions at a relatively affordable price. Well then, wishing you a happy weekend today as well… 🙏❤️ #India #여행모음집 #여행기록 #콘수프기록집 #인도여행
