This is the kitchen of an older apartment in the 30-pyeong range. Before moving in, I obtained the floor plan first, arranged all my appliances, and planned the move. Looking at the floor plan, the first thing I worried about was the three refrigerators. Since there wasn't a suitable place to put them, I decided to place them where the dining table is. I covered the side with a slatted partition. After placing the refrigerators, I realized the dining table light was a problem. The refrigerator technician temporarily pulled the light's wire up tight for me... but I guess I'll just use it as is. My next concern was the kitchen island. I find it inconvenient without an island table. While looking for a substitute, I found a table I liked on Today's House. My original dining table was a 2000mm size, so I moved it to the living room. Placing it in the kitchen like an island table turned out to be great as a secondary table. And I can't leave out the induction cooktop, haha. When the gas line was removed, I realized the induction size didn't fit, so I paid an extra fee for a 2.5cm mounting bracket to have it installed. Lastly, the one thing I absolutely could not give up was the dishwasher. I was notified that a dishwasher could not be installed because there were boiler pipes under the sink. It was such a shock... I ordered an LG-specific dishwasher cabinet (since it was custom-made, delivery took a long time), and managed to install it, enduring the inconvenience of the dishwasher drain pipe running across the front of the laundry room door. Since the drain pipe was exposed, I ordered PVC pipes cut in half to cover it and am currently using it to prevent any potential accidents. In conclusion, for someone like me who can't live without a dishwasher, it was a choice I absolutely do not regret hahaha. There were many more issues, and I'll have to post about them whenever they come to mind. Living in an old-style Jeonse apartment without any interior renovations Let's go!
