Styling the Alpha Room into a Workout Room 🚪🧘🏻‍♀️ The Alpha Room used to be a computer room! I pondered how to utilize it, and ended up using it as a space for working out and hanging simple clothes! Although it has now completely transformed into a dressing room. I styled it simply and without clutter by using just two colors: wood and black : ) I only kept the essentials, such as lighting, picture frames, and vases, and found that I actually found it more comfortable and used more often.
