First, I stopped by Namdaemun Market and bought a large armful of fresh yellow tulips. As the vibrant yellow of the tulips rested on the dining table, it felt like the very air was changing. I added a cozy tablecloth to further enhance the warm mood. The star of the show today is undoubtedly the vintage goblet glass inherited from my mother-in-law! I took it out for the first time in a while, and this glass, imbued with the charm of time, firmly anchored the center of the table. Mixing and matching my cherished Royal Copenhagen plate set with stylish Seletti cutlery, I felt a sense of excitement, as if I were having breakfast at a luxury hotel. A meal enjoyed by the whole family—my children, my husband, and I—sitting around and basking in the spring sunshine. It was a day that made me realize once again how much a single flower or a heartfelt table setting can enrich our lives, even without grand interior renovations.
