My Soulmate, Wüsthof Classic Paring Knife To me, this knife isn't just a simple cooking tool; it feels like a "brush" that assists with delicate work. From the stability it provides when peeling a firm Korean melon to the precise task of slicing grapefruit so thin you can see through it! Without this Wüsthof paring knife, my brunch wouldn't even begin. 2. A Cabbage Knife That Brings Texture I really love simple shapes that deliver textured cuts. Try peeling a Korean melon with a cabbage knife instead of a regular peeler. As the subtle striped texture comes to life, an ordinary melon transforms into a very special object. 3. The Magic of Round Salad Snip out the Korean melon seeds with a fruit scoop or scoop out avocado into round shapes to complete the 'Round Fruit and Vegetable Salad'! Then, sprinkle cheese like snowflakes with an IKEA grinder and pick up some mozzarella cheese with JAJU stainless tongs, and the brunch I've been craving is finished.
