Today, I made bean sprout rice using the fresh bean sprouts my mother-in-law gave me. I added a little shio konbu while cooking the rice, and the umami flavor was seriously... amazing lol. I mixed it well with wild garlic soy sauce and wrapped it in seaweed to eat. It was simple, but the taste was so addictive I couldn't stop eating it 🤍 I never knew a single piece of shio konbu could be such a big kick...
