#콘수프기록집 #예쁜템최고야 3 #도시락레시피 #ProductProvided [Abami Sesame Oil] 🍃 Introducing the best lunchbox recipe for when you feel too lazy to do anything! Lately, I've been struggling with my skin condition, so it's hard to do anything for long periods. However, there is a lunchbox that I still enjoy eating. It is the Musubi Gimbap lunchbox, and it is fine even without a mold. I will introduce the process of making it by utilizing the Spam can used for the ingredients. 🔻[Ingredients] - 2 sheets of Gimbap seaweed, 1 small can of Spam, 2-3 eggs, Mirin (optional), sesame oil, 1.5 servings of rice 🔻[Recipe Steps] 1. Crack the eggs and beat them well. Add a little Mirin to prevent any potential eggy smell. 2. Roll the egg mixture thickly in a pan. 3. Take out the Spam and cut it into 3-4 pieces. Please do not throw away the can. 4. Cook the Spam evenly on both sides and remove it. 5. Fold the seaweed sheets in half and cut them to fit the Spam can perfectly. 6. Line the Spam can with plastic wrap, add a little rice mixed with sesame oil, and press it down. (Press firmly to the bottom to shape it.) 7. Place the Spam and egg on top, then add more rice to form the mold. 8. Carefully place the removed ingredients on the seaweed sheets and roll it up. (Finally, moisten the seaweed with water to seal it and prevent it from unraveling!) 9. It is a good idea to lightly brush the musubi with sesame oil while cutting to prevent the roll from bursting. 10. Stack them neatly in a pretty container, and your musubi bento box is complete! 💡 The trendy sesame oil shown in the video is from @abami.kr, pressed just once at a low temperature below 50 degrees. The aroma is seriously insane 🥹 I used to use sesame oil from a traditional mill in a soju bottle, but after trying this one, since you use a press, it was so convenient to control the amount. Thanks to that, a delicious and nutty musubi bento box is complete!
