I have been maintaining my weight for over a year after losing 16kg. Although I overindulged in drinking and eating at the pub in front of my house with the kids for the first time in a while, the next day, I return to my routine of moving around slowly and reducing my food intake slightly while waiting for my body to get back to normal. To avoid giving up the joy of eating, I try to move a little more. Walking in the park, running, lymphatic massage and stretching, towel exercises, chair exercises, etc. This is a record of my own maintenance routine, which I make time for in my daily life and do whenever I can. Of course, there are various reasons and situations that prevent me from doing it every day, but I still pick myself up again and encourage myself, telling myself that I must do it for a better tomorrow.
