The start of a major renovation that began because I didn't like the bluish-green wallpaper. DIY wall sticker interior design for the living room! 🙉🤍 Once I actually did it, it wasn't difficult, though my arms did hurt. Heh. Since it's a DIY interior design that anyone can do, I hope you give it a try if you want to change the walls in your house. Here's a tip: lower the rolled-up sheet to the floor, and starting from the ceiling, use a spatula to push from the center outwards to the sides, <=□=> slowly sticking it on like this. :) My daughters cheered me on too! 🤍🤎🙊 They helped Mom~ To my daughters, Mom's identity is 'All Kinds of Vintage'. <A Full Week> Last week, I completely turned the entire house upside down. I ordered two Billy bookshelves and placed them side by side in an L-shape to create a small desk zone in a corner of the living room. I placed the TV in the center and replaced all the power cords. I originally considered placing another Billy bookshelf next to it, but it felt too symmetrical, so I put a Home in Home Bookstay bookshelf there instead. Above it, I placed a shelf adorned with vintage curtains to create a window-like effect and prevent the space from feeling cramped. Also, on the wall where I moved the sofa, I didn't like the bluish wallpaper that made the house look gloomy, so I covered it with vintage-style striped adhesive film. After finishing the wallpaper, I placed a retro Costel refrigerator in front of the protruding wall. I considered placing a stand underneath the refrigerator to position it higher, but to fully enjoy the sunlight coming through the living room window, I decided to place only the Costel refrigerator so that the height difference with the sofa wouldn't be too large. Today, I only did self-decorating with adhesive film in this corner space, but I plan to finish the entire wall that serves as the backdrop for the sofa this week. Now that I’ve applied the adhesive film, which has a vintage yet white shabby chic vibe, I already feel like the house is brightening up.
