#임장원정대 #비포앤애프터 I think you can only make a good choice when it comes to a house if you actually imagine living in it. That is why I chose this house with such care. After going through a tough(?) experience with my previous home, I found myself looking for a house that is good to live in rather than one that just looks nice. My previous home was spacious and the air was great, but since it was on a high floor, I was always anxious about raising a child there. Also, the inconvenience of having to take a car just to go to kindergarten, the hospital, or the supermarket lingered longer than I expected. So this time, my criteria were very clear. ⠀ ⠀ 🏷️ 1st Floor for Eunyo (excluding Piloti) 🏷️ A bright home with plenty of sunlight, despite being on the 1st floor 🏷️ Within walking distance of kindergartens, schools, hospitals, supermarkets, etc. 🏷️ An older building, not remodeled 🏷️ (Ideally) a structure with high ceilings ⠀ ⠀ Since we were going to renovate it our own way anyway, we looked for a house that had been less touched by renovations rather than one that was already decorated. We also found that the prejudice that the 1st floor is dark was completely dispelled by the direction alone, after personally visiting properties. ⠀ Even with the same square footage and structure, light, location, and the potential for improvement completely transform the density of your living space.
