I really realized this time why pots need to be in different sizes 🍳 The 18cm is perfect for simple cooking, and I found myself reaching for the 20cm most often for soup dishes like dumpling soup. The 24cm was much more convenient because it had plenty of room when cooking large quantities of dishes like japchae. It felt like even with the same pot, the convenience of cooking changed dramatically just by the size.
