#우리집추구미 A Spoonful of Color on Warmth Rather than following trends, I wanted to create a space that I wouldn't get tired of, no matter how long I looked at it. So, I set the base of my home in wood tones, and decorate it by adding small color accents on top, depending on the season or my mood. This space is my own personal home café, created by placing a small table by the window where soft sunlight streams in. It is the spot where I spend my most time, where I set up my laptop to work or brew a cup of coffee to spend some leisurely time. In particular, the blue mood light I recently acquired is the key element that completely transformed the atmosphere of this space. Because the cool color was added to the inherent warmth of wood, the space looked much more distinct. During the day, it blends softly with natural light, and at night, the single light is enough to create the atmosphere, it feels like it changes the temperature of the day. Lately, I’ve been realizing more and more that even without elaborate decorating, a space naturally becomes organized if you simply match your preferred tones and small accents well.
